A standard Paddle Court spans 20m in length and 10m in width. It is marked with two service lines and a center line that extends 10cm beyond the service line, ensuring a precise layout for gameplay. The Classic Pro incorporates these measurements to deliver a fair and regulated environment.

Paddle Court Technical Details

  • Concrete Stretcher: Plywood molds must be tied securely to guarantee a stable foundation for the court.
  • Basis: The ground should be compacted, leveled, and inclined in a single direction. It must be concrete to avoid any floor corrugations.
  • Steel Construction: All welding and painting are performed in a factory setting to ensure precision and quality. The structure is then mounted on-site with screws.
  • Steel Mesh: Using 50 mm x 50 mm mesh (wire thickness: 4 mm), the mesh is fixed to columns and beams with dedicated fasteners for robust enclosure.
  • Glass: 10 mm tempered glass panels, securely fastened to the steel framework using specialized glass fasteners.
  • Lighting: Strategically placed projectors illuminate the entire court, ensuring excellent visibility for all players.
  • Floor Coverings: High-quality synthetic grass carpet, produced with UV-resistant PE raw materials, is bonded using POLIESTER TAPE and PU Glue. White line markings are integrated, and sand infill is applied to meet international paddle performance standards.
  • Equipment: Tennis masts and a tennis net are installed to complete the setup.
